About this job
Role:
• Analyse client business requirements
• Write and maintain product specifications
• Write and maintain functional specifications
• Produce screen mock-ups
• Secure customer agreement on specifications
• Identify / validate and help prioritise key test criteria
• Assist with Technical specifications
• Liaise with Development and QA
• Agree with PM on BA deliverables
• Progress report meetings with PM
• Development and QA support
• Standby for sales support
Requirements:
• Previous Business Analsyis experience
• Knowledge of Life and Pensions essential
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of development and QA requirements
• Technical knowledge useful
