With 113 operations in various global locations, my Client is one of the largest outsourcers in Europe. Their site in Venlo, located near German and Dutch boarder, provides services within Finance, Administration and IT sectors in various languages.





Bilingual Dutch/French Customer Service Agents – Banking:

• Working on behalf of an International Bank, you will have an opportunity to embark on career within a multinational financial organization.



• As a Customer Service Agent you will be assisting private customers and corporate Clients with their queries related to financial services provided



• You will demonstrate excellent Customer Service and communication skills, dealing with customers and Clients over the phone and email



• Successful candidates will be provided with paid training as well as premium-free pension and insurrance





Applicants:

To be an ideal candidate, you will have a high level of fluency in Danish and ideally experience in Customer Service role. You will demonstrate professional and mature approach to work, dedication and willingness to learn.
