MG International is currently assisting a client of our based in the Netherlands in recruiting Benelux – Dutch and French - speakers for a Customer Service position to join their team on 1st April 2010. The company provides Customer Service Centre for a major worldwide car manufacturer. The company’s branch in the Netherlands is the contact point for Western Europe. Currently on site there are over 700 employees. It is a long term commitment as the contract is for 2 years.

Are you?
• Native Benelux – Dutch and French speaker
• Excellent communicational skills – verbal, written and listening – sufficient level in order to assist the customers
• Able to analyze successfully customer’s needs and sell products over the phone
• Able to deal with difficult and irritated customers
• To be able to reach customers expectations for quality service and deliver information in a positive way
• Flexible and available for interviews and start 1st April
