Affiliate Marketing Executive (Sportsbook)

Reporting to: Sportsbook Affiliate Manager



Overall Purpose of the Job:

To work as integral part of the Online Marketing Operations team at paddypower.com.
The Online Marketing Operations team is responsible for Pay Per Click advertising, SEO and Affiliate Networks for the entire company.
The Affiliate Marketing Executive (Sportsbook) will be a member of the Affiliate Team at Paddy Power and will report to the Sportsbook Affiliates Manager.


Day to Day responsibility:

Researching, recruiting and activating new partners & Sportsbook affiliates
Building relationships with and maximising performance from existing partners and Sportsbook affiliates
Answering day to day partner & sports book affiliate enquiries
Planning and executing partner & Sportsbook affiliate marketing promotions
Planning and specifying new partner & Sportsbook affiliate marketing collateral
Negotiation of deals, promotions and incentives with partners & Sportsbook affiliates to ensure company targets are met
Daily, Weekly and Monthly performance reporting of all KPIs by partner & Sportsbook affiliate
Co ordinate and management of all bulk emails to partners & Sportsbook affiliates including newsletters and special promotions
Managing and maintaining up to date partner & Sportsbook affiliate mailing lists
Research and develop new marketing methods and promotions
Ensuring all Sportsbook affiliates & partners have up to date creative on their websites
Various ad-hoc online marketing projects as and when they occur



Requirements / Skills:

Highly computer literate with a detailed understanding and experience of all aspects of Internet marketing
Excellent MS Office Skills – particularly Excel
Target and goal orientated individual with an ability to work under pressure
Excellent ability to work well within a small team environment
Require an innate marketing and entrepreneurial flair
Excellent ability to successfully see a deal through from start to finish
