Our client is an international online travel agency with multilingual division based in Romania, Eastern Europe. It is an excellent opportunity for a native or fluent Dutch speaker to travel to Eastern Europe and experience life in one of the fastest growing economies in Europe.
Requirements:
• Dutch native or fluent
• Fluent English
• Excellent telephone manner
• Availability for shift work and weekends
• Passion for the travel industry
Conditions:
3 months probationary contract
Working hours – shifts:
Mon-Fri 10am-7pm (incl 1 hour lunch break)
11am – 8pm (same)
12pm – 9pm (same)
Responsibilites:
We are looking for Dutch Reservations Agents/Customer Services Advisors to liaise with clients over the phone and by email, selling our range of over 75,000 worldwide hotels and handling a variety of administrative duties including cancellations and amendments to existing bookings, complaints, book outs, credit card payments and all post-sales issues.
Location: Targu Mures, Romania
Salary: 350 Euros net per month plus attractive benefits
