Winston Marketing – Advertising Agency - Head of Operations

At Winston I was Head of Operations at the Agency I managed Setanta Ireland Advertising which was the creation, project management of 50 Press Ads each week. I also managed and developed Setanta Direct Marketing campaigns and an outdoor campaign which involved placement of ads in Dart Stations and on Dublin Bus.

I also managed and developed campaigns for Novartis Ireland across their oncology and cardiac portfolio, including Rasilez and Femara. This involved product launches, communication brochures and materials, press releases, mailings to GP's and Pharmacies.

I have created a number of new business initiatives including one with a major mobile provider using both traditional CRM and digital techniques.

In my role I was solely responsible for the strategy, project brief definition and delivery and for the on-time management of each project and management of a team of four Graphic Designers. In this role I was responsible for the marketing and launch of a new building for Barristers in Dublin and for the marketing and launch of a new residential development in Dublin.

Dialogue is one of the most successful direct response brand agencies in ROI. The Agency develop their campaigns to produce sales overnight and brand over time for their Client base. Dialogue have their own Interactive Agency and this was the area I specialised in.
I was one of two Account Directors in Dialogue. I worked strategically and project managed a number of large accounts.
The Accounts I worked on and developed are as follows:
Bank of Ireland the development and implementation of Banking 365 online customer training demo in three languages (English, Polish and Mandarin)
MBNA Ireland Credit Card - lead generation, online advertorial and Radio Ads
Tourism Ireland - Part of the pitch team which won the business - development of a
microsite to promote Ireland in the Netherlands, development and project
management of an EDM, Direct Mail campaigns and promotional campaigns.

Microsoft Ireland and Europe - Dialogue hold and have developed the Microsoft
