● As manager of Click.ie I have led a team of five people with which I initiated staff development training to ensure all staff were well informed of promotions and products within the store. I utilised KPI’s to achieve end of month targets. I have the responsibility of dealing with suppliers in regard to stock replenishment, stock costs and purchasing. I have to procure new business through schools, local communities and colleges. Administrative duties are part of my daily routine and a high standard of customer focus is achieved at all times. My other duties include troubleshooting both hardware and software issues on laptops and pc’s, networking for home and business clients and the installation of hardware components, resolving security issues and software configuration.
