I have just completed a course in Information Technology at the Open Learning Center, Crumlin College, and have gained my ECDL.
A key part of the course entails assisting with the general administration of the Center. This involves meeting and greeting Clients at reception, booking and registering new Clients and inputting their information into the database, filing faxing, photocopying and dealing with a lot of queries from the public by phone and in person. I also assist with the basic computer training of our Clients in Microsoft Word and Internet/E-mail
