The most vanguardist pub in the area of Xativa when created. My duties were: general management including stock control, personal management, maintenance of standards of quality, and personal attention to customers. Opened every day of the year.

1996–2009 Theatre-café EL HERVIDERO. Xativa, SPAIN
Owner and general manager
The very first theatre-café in the area of Xativa, dedicated to blues and jazz concerts, small theater, comedians, magicians, stand up comedy, painting and sculpture expositions. My duties were: organization of the monthly expositions and the weekly concerts and theater, including marketing, publicity, contract and personal contact with musicians and artist. I also had the general management including stock control, personal management, maintenance of standards of quality, and personal attention to customers. Opened every day of the year.

2002–2006 Ciber- café METROPOLIS. Xativa, SPAIN
Owner and general manager
Company dedicated to offer internet services in a pub environment. My duties were: taking care of the perfect working of all computers, the additional hardware and the services given. I also had the general management including stock control, personal management, maintenance of standards of quality, and personal attention to customers. Opened every day of the year.
