Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Dennis Lawrence Duban heads Duban Accountancy, one of Los Angeles’ most successful tax preparation firms. Founded in 1979, after Dennis Duban graduated with an accounting degree from the University of Southern California, Duban Accountancy has grown over the last three decades to include a professional staff who employ a holistic approach to helping clients reach financial success. Today housed in the city’s Dennis L. Duban Building, Duban Accountancy has undergone a name change to Duban Sattler and Associates, LLP, Certified Public Accountants. The new moniker for Duban Accountancy resulted from a partnership established in 2005 between Dennis Duban and Troy Sattler, a young professional who earned much of his experience through a family firm, Sattler & Associates in Ohio, as well as positions at Ernst & Young and Chicago’s Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu International.

Troy Sattler earned Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations, is a licensed life insurance agent, and holds CPA licenses from California, Illinois, and Ohio. Clients of Duban Accountancy can rely on a wide range of services and a staff who specializes in tailoring an appropriate combination of services to each client’s financial needs.
