Weighing of products
Picking of orders for van orders and telesales orders.
Picking of orders for supermarkets such as Supervalu, Centra, Superquinn and also Tesco’s.
Checking dates of stock so as customers get good stock not bad dates.
Daily replenishing of stock.
Completion of daily and weekly stock counts.
Stock counts on particular areas as required.
Checking in of deliveries.
Checking temperatures of stock entering the stores to meet required health measures.
Intake of cooked as well as raw products.
Work to a very high health and safety standard in all areas of the factory.
Receipting of stock onto stock control system (movex system).
Daily input of stock produced onsite into the system.
Check products for bad or short dates.
Checking and completion of daily intake report.
Completion of daily quality control sheets.
Weekly and cycle counts
Adjustments to stock on system as needed
Management of monthly budgets and KPI’s
Review daily procedures for goods in area eg. Checking previous days delivery entries
Raising and amending purchasing orders when required
Work closely with accounts department in head office with regards invoicing
Involved with the Transport side of the business (taxing vehicles)
Raise Po’s for invoices.
Key Holder for Factory.
Confirming and processing of van orders.
Confirming and raising dockets for key customers such as Tesco, Superquinn and Supervalu.
Retrieval of orders through EDI system.
Raising and confirming of MUC’s to stock control system
