Suffolk County Council - CAD Specialist / Visualiser

The Creation, development and management of a Visualisation service for the Property department.
Working with internal and private designers. Working on a variety of Architectural projects, these range from £250,000 to £15m
mainly in the education sector. Visualising existing buildings and new building proposals as a publicity tool, as an aid to the
planning procedure and to strengthen design communication with the client / end user.
Primary software used: 3D Studio MAX v2011, Vray v2.0, Adobe Photoshop, ArchiCAD.
Responsibilities also include CAD / BIM management for the Design department (37 users). This included CAD software and
hardware aquisition, software training, troubleshooting (IT Support). Developing ‘work flows’, office standards and
templates for 37 users alongside.
