My role here is very diverse and challenging. I oversee sales activity including: new bus, relationship building, acct mgt, onsite and remote user support, demos and recruiter training. I build packages to suit the ever changing needs of clients within the industry. i sell online, over the phone and face to face, ensuring my clients are investing in a product that will work for them. I boast high levels of candidate attraction and retention, and provide advertising solutions to some of the biggest names in the sector. I am involved in company and client brand dev, conference/exhibition attendance, website dev, image manipulations, QA/QC, staff training and mentoring.
I look after internal IT issues...and on occasion i make a mean cup of tea!
