I was responsible for ensuring customers orders were delivered on time. Flexibility was key to this position to cover other team members if need be. I was trained in a number of aspects of the business which meant great flexibility and understanding as to how the whole process was run from start to finish.

This required me to be trained in all aspects of the hire centre. I had to show a great deal of flexibility as I provided cover for all their Dublin branches. I would be required to test, maintain and repair items prior to returning to hire stock, ensuring they met industry safety standards. Dealing with trade counter sales of industrial power tools and accessories. I demonstrated the best practice for use of tools, if the customer required instruction.
