The Flight Group is part of Reed Business Information, one of the largest B2B publishers in the UK and part of Reed Elsevier a FTSE 100 company. Managing a team 5 I was responsible for all marketing activity for the aerospace portfolio, which includes 2 print magazines, 5 websites and 2 software products. I have worked closely with the sales team to increase print revenues by 12% and online revenues by 25%.

My Responsibilities included:
• Member of Executive Management Team
• Responsible for International Media Plan, implementation and monitoring of response to same
• Responsible for development and management of international marketing and communication strategy (above and below the line) for all of the Flight Group’s brands.
• Work closely with sales teams to develop and launch new products to the aerospace industry
• Preparation and management of marketing budget of STG£2M+ and forecast for product portfolio
• Management of a team of 5 whose responsibilities include production of sales collateral, international subscription campaigns, web growth strategy and presence at over 50 international events each year
