Our approach can be broken down as follows :-

1. All tender documentation is studied to familiarise ourselves in relation to

Scope of works.
Programme (including zoning issues access, weekend work etc).
Specification (Particular attention to large sub-contract items).


2. The project is then handed over to our Quantity Surveyors for pricing. Millbrook
Construction would analyse rates prior to submission.

3. A site visit is arranged with the client’s representative to familiarise ourselves in
relation to internal and external site access and to study closer, all information on
the drawings.

4. All sub-contractors involved in the project would then be contacted to ensure
availability in relation to the program.

5. The price is lodged.

6. If the application is successful, the Millbrook Contracts Manager is selected and
a meeting with the client’s team is set up to arrange a start date etc. The Millbrook
programme is submitted and agreed and all sub-contractors, direct labour, etc
are notified of overtime or weekend work requirements.

7. If possible, Millbrook will push for a weekly meeting with both the client team
and their own Sub-contractor team to ensure progress and flow of information etc.

8. Interim valuations are submitted on a monthly basis and variation agreed as
required.

9. It is Millbrook Constructions objective to ensure that all projects are completed to
programme and budget and that all standards meet the client’s requirements.
