The main objective of this role is to assist the victim’s of non fault – road traffic accidents by making the initial contact and explaining the full service that Helphire provides. This included arranging deliveries, repairs, Inspection and collections of the hire vehicle whilst displaying excellent customer service and following strict governing guidelines.

Liaised with insurance companies to investigate missing information such as liability acceptance and third party information to ensure the claim could go ahead. I was responsible for in-coming and out going calls. I

I had to manage my workload efficiently to hit and exceed my monthly target.
