Successfully managed the implementation of a new centralised Canvassing and Leads Cleaning system to support changes in Private advertising. This involved engaging with stakeholders, gathering business requirements, creating workflows, and producing the Project Initiation document and functional design specification for approval by the business. I worked closely with Development, QA and Operations to define the estimates and tasks to produce the project plan and delivery review milestones. Finally, I arranged deployment of the new application into the live environment and handover to BAU.
