Managing external suppliers, ensuring that they deliver to the agreed product scope in terms of time quality and cost. Dealt with suppliers include, Miles33, Atlantic Global, LBM and YUDU.

Successfully managed the implementation of a new centralised Canvassing and Leads Cleaning system to support changes in Private advertising. This involved engaging with stakeholders, gathering business requirements, creating workflows, and producing the Project Initiation document and functional design specification for approval by the business. I worked closely with Development, QA and Operations to define the estimates and tasks to produce the project plan and delivery review milestones. Finally, I arranged deployment of the new application into the live environment and handover to BAU.

Managed the preparations for transferring the IT Helpdesk services in Cheshire and Loughborough, co-ordinated the actual transfer; supported the communications of the project and the organisation's project portfolio administration.

Facilitated the transition of the IS Operations supported middleware; Oracle, SQL, Web and Terminal servers and tracked completion.

Maintained the Management Information database with interface details as the migration proceeded and maintained project issue and risk logs.

Arranged with application owners downtime slots for transitions of Oracle databases and scheduled in with IBM. Notified system owners when the work was completed.

Raised change requests for approval prior to the work being started.

Managed and monitored the global rollout of Topaz 2.4.2 - chased weekly progress plans from all AZ sites across the globe. Produced weekly reports, statistics and graphs to monitor progress.
