Dataconversion - Data entry /Receptionist
I was taken on as a Tempory receptionist in August 08. My duties included answering the busy phone line in a prompt and efficent manner. I also had another phone line from which sky retailers rang in their orders for merchandise, uniforms etc which i emailed onto the relevant department and place the orders onto a large excel spreadsheet. I also did Data Entry for Tesco and Finnancial Regulator. I was also in charge of ordering couriers , taxis and sandwiches etc for meetings in boardroom. I also was in charge of ordering office supplies for staff and keeping existing suplies up to date. From time to time i helped out the accounts department with filling and helping customers with their quieries.
