As a community manager at Worky my job is to guide our users on how to build a great work profile. I help them to create a network of useful contacts and encourage them to join in some of the groups, explaining the opportunities to be derived from both. I personally connect our users and show them the benefits of having a strong online presence. I also identify and analyse issues, patterns and trends in candidate’s requests and provide feedback to many departments internally (development, PR, marketing, customer service, tech support, etc).

Worky.com - Account Manager

As Account Manager I provided customer support for the companies on Worky. I'd help our customers build a company profile and show them how to post their jobs. I ensured they knew how to use our matching technology which allowed them choose the most suitable candidates from out database for their roles. I also dealt with customers emails and technical queries.

Oaklands Creche - Montessori Teacher

I worked in Oaklands as a Montessori teacher where I ran a Montessori class of 16 children with an assistant Montessori teacher. As a Montessori Teacher my role was to guide each child, introducing materials, and assisting where needed. Observing the children was a very important part of my job, this helped me to prepare the environment with the child’s interest in mind. I also had to prepare arts and craft activities, organising baking days and outdoor trips.
