Bridge House Hotel - Reservations Agent
I have sole responsibility for reservations made throughout the entire hotel, which includes restaurant bookings, B&B, coffee shop, etc.
A typical day, would include meeting and greeting people, dealing with all telephone calls liasing with managment and staff and ensuring a high standard od service throughout the hotel.
Bridge House Hotel - Bar Person
I had day to day runing of the main lounge in the hotel, which included opening up the bar each day, dealing with people, responsibility for the day to day cash, also the introduction of a bar menu which was run independent of the self service area.
