Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the Administration Officer for the development of web analytics reports to track conversion rates, traffic sources, and response rates.
- Constantly developing and improving the webpage through online marketing channels, most prominently, SEO, SEM, display, social media and email marketing.
- Work on various Social Media platforms to increase brand awareness and increase weekly conversion rates.
- Individually created numerous Content development pages for the website and email marketing campaigns including the “Working Abroad” guide and Worky’s “Courseware” training programme.
- Utilise Google Adwords and Google Analytics on a daily basis.
- Work together with the development team to further enhance the visibility of the Company’s website on search engines and to improve the user interface.
- Worked with the web designers to develop landing pages, web pages and other creative content.

As a fully qualified deep certified lifeguard, I carried many responsibilities throughout my time at Hurricane Harbour to ensure the safety of others. I completed a course in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (cpr) in case of any emergency's regarding public swimmers. I dealt with public queries on a daily basis in a friendly and respectable manner at all times, so as to allow the public to enjoy their days as much as possible.

Throughout my time at O'Briens, It was my role to advise customers on a range of wines depending on their taste and preference and occasion.
