Manage the entire Operational & IT areas and ensure that all spends were correctly budgeted for (actual against target)
Manage the mortgage loan book on a day to day basis.
Design and implement the full end to end operational process from initial mortgage query to full cheque drawdown, through full servicing cycle onto redemption.

Ensure all legal documents were correct and reflected the operations of Nua Homeloans and that all documentation including marketing material was fully compliant.
Design and implement a business risk and control review process.
Hire staff both full time and contract to ensure the smooth day to day running of the operations and IT areas
Implement a robust daily/monthly reconciliation process for the various bank accounts used. (Cash calls for daily mortgage drawdown's, Broker commission payment, fee deductions, raising of monthly direct debit payments and payment of all vendor invoices).
Implement a securitization process for the mortgage back book.
