I was in charge of the transport of my colleagues to and from each location.

I worked in all sections, Pasrty, Pantry, Garnish, De Sauces, Breakfast, Larder, Hot Larder,Night Chef and Banqueting.
I worked in a busy restaurant, serving average 200 custumers a week in the restaurant and 1000 custumers a week in the function room.
With the Head Chef and Sous Chef. I menus, Tab Menu weekly and A la Carte menu every 3 months.
