1. To acknowledge, recognise & celebrate the achievements of Irish People throughout the World by documenting, recording, archiving & displaying the achievements & contributions of Irish Men & Women, and their effects on the World & World affairs.

2. To provide an Irish global Centre of Excellence for reference, research & study of all things Irish, & which will facilitate co-ordination, co-operation & interaction between all existing facilities.
