Dear Sir/Madam
I wish to apply for the position of Sous Chef as advertised. I am currently studying a Master in Education in relation to culinary skills. I recently finished my modules, and I will be available for work immediately. I am fully trained in all HACCP procedures and implementing them in the work place. I graduated in 2011 with a BA honours degree in Hospitality Management and I have over 25 years experience as a chef and I hold the London city &guild 70621 & 7062. My most recent roles were that of a senior Chef de Partie and I now wish to advance to a Sous chef position. I work well in a team and as a team leader and I have a vast experience of both. I am an all round competent chef and I have worked in all departments of the kitchen over the years. I take my work as a chef seriously I am passionate about cooking and I love experimenting and creating new dishes, my number one aim is to carry out my work competently and resourcefully and of course to satisfy the customer. I would appreciate an opportunity to be called for an interview for this position
