Airtricity - Social Media and Digital Media Executive
I report to the e-Commerce Manager and work collaboratively with members of several departments.
Responsibilities/concerns: Digital Marketing, Analysis, Customer Service, Content and Online PR.
Abbey Theatre - Front of House Staff
I work as part of the front of house team to ensure delivery of a world-class theatre experience. Duties include ushering, bar tending, stock/inventory management and crowd supervision. Customer service is our remit, however one must be conscientious and flexible as a Front of House employee, to facilitate the workings of all other operation units (box office, production, etc).
Suas Educational Develompent - Overseas Volunteer
I worked in a non-formal education centre in Kolkata, located on Makaltala municipal dump. I taught children and teens (ranging in age from 10 – 18) Maths and English (as a foreign language). This placement was undertaken as part of the Suas overseas volunteer programme.
I attended and participated in the week-long 'Global Perspectives' conference held in Delhi by Suas which hosted speakers from the World Bank, the UN, and numerous Indian and international NGOs.
I also raised €2,995 through fundraising activities. Activities included supermarket bag packing, the women’s’ mini marathon and selling scones and tea/coffee outside the entrance of the college library during the exam period.
Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council - Student Clerical Officer for three months during college summer holidays (Full time)
I held the position of Clerical Officer in Housing loans and Rents departments. I developed an excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel; served members of the public on phones and public counter; replied to customers’ email and written enquires and complaints; processed credit card payments.

Trinity Annual Fund - Telefundraiser
I worked as part of the alumni branch of the Trinity Foundation. I cold-called Trinity alumni from all over the world, informing them of alumni events/activities, developments in Trinity College and solicited for donations to the Trinity Annual Fund. This required me to develop a winning telephone manner and present an effective ask to alumni. I performed effectively, securing donations for the fledgling fund.
