Helen Browning - Commis Chef
I began working here on the organic farm as the commis chef, but due to staff shortages i quickly took on the role as sous chef and over time and have adapted quickly to taking on extra responsibilty. The restaurant seats up to 60 people, and most nights we serve on average 50 covers.
Some of my roles include
1.Conducting regular cleaning checks.
2.The restaurant changes the menu twice daily, and only use seasonal local produce. Therefore it is important that i am always aware of stock contents and orders.
3.I have regular input in what should go on the menu, and come up with new exiting dishes on a daily basis.
4.Run the starters section on a daily basis, as well as pudding section.
With Taste - Marketing Executive
I took on a role as Marketing Executive.
My Main roles were:
1.Customer Service Representative
2.Designing and building a new website
3.Promotion of the With Taste brand
4.Competitor Analysis
Casa Pasta - Restaurant Manager
I began working here as a part time waitress, over time i was handed more responsibility and in 2006 took on a management role.
