I started My career with Ted Castles as a cashier ,and through a lot of hard work and training I was promoted to take care of all stocking issues, this involved stock control, rotation & ordering & returns also had responsibility for all future promotions and marketing. As the petrol outlet was sold I applied for a job in Statoil Dock Road.

December 1996- May 2000

I started my career as a trainee manager and eventually was promoted to assistant manager and then promoted to manager . Daily Duties were as follows:
Scheduling of staff duty rosters( team numbered 11 People)
Supervising all day to day procedures to make the most of efficiency:
Customer service provided 100% at all times.
Deliveries ,orders ,returns, stock rotation (f.i.f.o.) first in first out on a daily basis.
Merchandising,
Branch re-distribution and transfer of stock.
Customer care & quires.
General upkeep and facility maintenance.
Daily cash and reconciliation,
Margin and shrink control.

Credit controlling.

May 2000to 2005,
I was offered a job as assistant manager and promoted to manager for Shell Station Ennis road. I accepted the position and ran shannon/dock road/ennis road shell stations as well as floating around to other stations that needed help or had staffing issues

2005-2006
i was working for Aldi as assistant manager in galway ,gort,and east side galway,,i worked on a tight budget with hours,and all the day to day runnings of a store,i loved the job and found it challenging.i have to leave due to the death of my partner.

I started driving instruction in 2006 and could work around my own hours.My daughter is 18 years old now and i am married plenty free time on my hands and can work any hours.looking for partime/fulltime work and hours.Day’s/ eve or weekends.
