To resolve problems like installe the VPN and errors with the VPN account, to map T:Drivers and allow permissions to the users SAP, Siebel, Portfolio Plus applications and Active Directory account, to configure the Fax, install and uninstall printers abroad and also to configure the printers ( network printer and SAP printer ), install Microsoft Office package or repair the Microsoft Office package, to resolve issues about SAP, Siebel, Portfolio Plus, AD, IPhone 4, Blackberry, Hyperion, printers, desk phones, faxes, Outlook, Micorsoft Office, Office Communicator, VPN and network connections ( internet through wire, wireless or 3G card ) or to escalate cases and tickets to local teams abroad and maintain a solid relationship with the team members from second level in order to obtain more experience and gain more quickly and efficient methods and strategies.
I also guide the user's in order to identify and resolve the problem.
To establish the weekly schedule for the entire team, to improve the project by implementing lean procedures in order to gain time and efficiency, to participate at monthly meetings and to subscribes to the company's trainings.
