A former Vice President and Chief of Staff at Yahoo! Inc., where she launched a popular women’s website, Amy Iorio also fulfilled key positions at Microsoft for 10 years. Most recently, Amy Iorio co-founded and acted as Principal Partner of Shadowfax Consulting in Santa Monica, California, which consults on the development and building of media-driven websites and developed SplashLife.com, a pro-social collective. In this role, she also directed an international team in designing and building beta products.

Ms. Iorio earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Computer Science at Dartmouth College and a Master of Arts in Technology in Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She also completed the Directing Workshop for Women at the American Film Institute. Her short narrative film “Seven’s Eleven” won an award as Best Children’s Film at the International Short Film Festival Oberhausen in Germany.
