The KBR Linehaul contract is responsible for providing International heavy linehaul trucking services of 250 trucks per month from Kuwait to designated sites in Iraq.

Responsibilities:

• Doing Project Managers job when she is absent
• Overseeing all on site operations
• Decision making on the operation and flow of processes
• Ensuring safe operations are conducted at all times
• Liaise with key personnel
• Familiar with all aspects of the projects Statement of Works
• Compiling and maintaining all spreadsheets
• Follow up on all accidents and incidents
• Training and guiding new employees
• Overseeing scheduling of drivers and vehicles
• Accountable all motor vehicle assets
• Manage all vehicle and trailer maintenance
• Supply Operational assets for the country transportation requirements
• Provide Fleet Management reports to the Project Manager
• Ensure the use of the pre-maintenance inspection sheet.
• Ensure that driver daily checks are carried out;
• Inform the operation on all asset status including those that failed inspections;
• Immediately action all vehicle faults.
• Ensure the use of the vehicle handover form;
• Ensure all completed forms are filed correctly in the relevant asset file
• Coordinate all maintenance carried out by outside vendors
• Overview the use of the Micro Transport system
• Develop systems required for tyre, maintenance and fuel management
• Procure all maintenance consumables and parts as required
• Reconcile all fuel, tyre and maintenance invoices
• Approve all fuel,tyre and maintenance invoices for payment
• Manage and develop an in house maintenance facility

Senior Supervisor (Directly responsible to the Senior Transport Manager)

Heavy Lift 6 is a contract to provide transportation services to the US Army providing up to 1300 drivers and vehicles to move heavy equipment, cargo in theater.

Responsibilities
• Developed and implemented an accommodation driver scheduling system
• Developed and implemented a master list for over 600 drivers
• Scheduled drivers for training, medical and missions
• Organized buses to transport drivers
• Developed and implemented a system to organize drivers according to badges as required by US Military camps
• Manually organized over 600 drivers for trips
• Developed and implemented drivers rest time system
• Trained and guided new accommodation coordinators
• Responsible to furnish rooms for over 600 drivers
• Responsible for all maintenance issues of the accommodation buildings
