Xtra Vision - Customer Service Representative

I was originally hired as a temporary active floor seller for the busy Christmas period but having excelled in sales I was offered a permanent position as a Customer Service Representative. I was entrusted with keys to the shop and would regularly work alone. I enjoyed interacting with customers as well as my administrative duties which included security checks and merchandising. I was then put in charge of the games section of the store, where we became the second largest selling Xtra Vision for gaming merchandise in Ireland. I left in the Summer of 2010 to travel and upon returning home I was offered an Assistant Manager job which i reluctantly refused because i wanted to focus on my studies in my final year in college.
