•Responsible for the increase of PLM Knowledge within key customer accounts. Supporting some of the largest and most successful engineering organisations in the UK, Ireland and Europe.
• Business Development Engineer responsible for the acquisition and growth of new Siemens customers in Ireland focusing mainly on CAD/CAM/PLM/CAE.
• Leading the team responsible for the sales, installation, training, technical support and software maintenance renewals of the Unigraphics Siemens to the Irish customer base.
•Assessment of customer needs through developed account planners. Promotion and presentation of bespoke PLM knowledge management solutions to engineering organisations.
•Creation and presentation of customer specific proposals based around Instructor Led Training and knowledge management e-learning tools.
•Development of training programmes for customers based upon specified learning outcomes.
•Management of training programmes varying in duration between 1 week and 3 years.
•Liaising with customers to develop and deliver Best Practice and Industry Specific Certification Programmes.
