My Design career to date has covered both the print & web environments. Ive been self employed on occasion and understand the ups & downs of running a business. Working as part of a team, being self motivated to work alone or working to tight deadlines are all part of my everyday environment. Ive worked within Start-up and well established businesses. I believe Ive got a wealth of experience and talent to contribute. If I'm not with my family, I'm happiest when I'm in front of a Mac or PC designing, coding, or just learning something new. Love all things internet, particularly the developments on the mobile platform.

Design Jam Limerick - Graphic Designer
Design Jam Limerick is a one-day design session during which people will team up to tackle an engaging user experience (UX) challenge: how to change Limerick and its media image in the next few years so that we can turn it into Fab City!
Who should participate?
The aim is to get designers, developers, and members of the public together to learn and collaborate while working on actual design problems.
When and where?
On the 28th April 2012 from 9:30am to 5:30pm, at the Strand Hotel (City View Suite), Limerick.
What is the design challenge?
How to change the perception of the city by using Emerging Technologies and OpenData.
The session champions open-source thinking and sharing. The Design Jam will be a fantastic opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds passionate about the present and future of Limerick.
