Dedicated to providing for populations in need around the world, Agape Mission Church teams with the Educational Concerns for Hunger Organization (ECHO) in Fort Myers, Florida. One week a year, the congregation sends members to work for ECHO, a Christian nonprofit that uses science and technology to improve agriculture development in various locations around the world. By working with ECHO, Agape Mission Church members learn about the challenges facing other individuals around the world and gain the tools to begin fighting hunger both in their local communities and abroad. The experience also proves an incredible fellowship opportunity for participants, and helps individuals grow in their faith.
